From August 11 to 17, Camaiore steps back in time with the 44th edition of “Camaiore d’Altri Tempi”, the historic Ferragosto market and exhibition that fills the town center with the colors, sounds, and scents of the past. An event that combines the charm of history with the vibrancy of today, turning the village into a place where memories become a living experience.
The fair of antiques, vintage, and collectibles is the heart of the event: along the main streets and squares — from Via Vittorio Emanuele to Piazza Diaz, Piazza San Bernardino, Piazza Romboni, and Piazza XXIX Maggio — dozens of exhibitors offer antique furniture, vinyl records, artworks, and curiosities that tell stories from another era.
There are also entertainment and shows, like the Gran Teatro dei Burattini by Adriano Ferraiolo and sons, a true institution of European puppetry, and stalls with freshly made sweets that recall the genuine flavors of the past.
The festival is also about sports and community: from the Camaiore-Pedona hill climb to the national vintage motorcycle rally, to the Tombola di Santa Maria, bringing together generations in a joyful and convivial atmosphere.
Music runs throughout the event, with concerts ranging from tributes to great Italian and international artists to performances by local philharmonic orchestras:

The music doesn’t stop there! Camaiore Estate continues through the end of August with eighteen lively evenings on Piazza XXIX Maggio. On August 23, enjoy the Filarmonica di Santo Stefano Magra & Filarmonica G. Puccini, followed by a live performance by Enrico Ruggeri on August 24.
