The 16th FIAP National Congress, held in Riccione from October 2–4, 2025, was a key event for the Italian real estate sector, bringing together industry professionals, local and national representatives, and technical experts for three days of dialogue and collaboration.
As Vice President of FIAP Lucca-Pisa, I joined fellow colleagues from Tuscany in an event rich with networking, analysis, and strategic vision. The congress reaffirmed the strength of the FIAP professional community and its commitment to building a future of innovation, competence, and representation in the real estate industry.
It was an intense three days of sharing, dialogue, and exchange, focused on the core issues of our federation and the challenges facing the real estate market. The program included institutional moments, political and technical speeches, analysis of congress theses, and discussions on the future outlook for our profession.
The Congress also marked the end of the term of National President Gian Battista Baccarini, to whom we extend our sincere thanks for the work carried out over the past years, and the election of the new national team, led by President Fabrizio Segalerba.
Alongside him are Deputy Vice President Francesco Lacommare and members of the national leadership team: Marco Bettiol, Carmelo Mazzepi, Riccardo Ceci, Franco Lepidi, Elena Lui, Gerardo Mirra, Marco Pusceddu, and Giulia Taranto.
A congress rich in content and connections, which reaffirmed the strength of our professional community and our shared determination to build a future of innovation, competence, and representation for the entire real estate sector.
